Refer and Earn Program

Thank you for being a valued customer! Our Refer and Earn program allows you to share VanityCert with your network and be rewarded for it.

For every person you successfully refer who meets the program's conditions, you will earn a $50 digital Visa gift card.

How It Works

1. Share Your Link: Find your unique referral link on your Refer and Earn page. Share this link with friends, colleagues, and your network.
2. They Sign Up: A referral slot is used only when someone signs up for a new VanityCert account using your link.
3. They Stay a Paying Customer: Your referral must be a paying customer on any plan for a continuous period of 6 months.
4. You Get Paid: Once the 6-month period is complete, you will be automatically rewarded with a $50 digital Visa gift card.

Program Rules and Conditions

Referral Slots

• You can refer a maximum of 10 people.
• A referral slot is considered used once the referred person creates a new account using your unique referral link.
• Once a referral slot has been used, it cannot be recovered, even if the referred customer's subscription is later canceled.

Eligibility for Payout

• The referred customer must be a paying customer on any plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise).
• Their subscription must be continuous for a period of 6 months.
• If a referral's subscription is interrupted for any reason—including non-payment, an expired credit card, or cancellation—they will no longer be eligible, and the referral will be voided, even if they reactivate their subscription at a later date.

Payout Details

• Once a referral becomes eligible for payout (after 6 continuous months), your $50 digital Visa gift card will be sent to you via email within one month.
• We use Tremendous to facilitate these payouts, which allows you to choose how you'd like to redeem your gift card.

Policy Against Abuse and Misuse

• All referrals are subject to approval. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals to prevent fraudulent activity or misuse of the program.
• Examples of misuse include:
  • Referrals from fake or fraudulent accounts.
  • Referring yourself or your own associated businesses.
  • Using fraudulent payments to meet the 6-month paying requirement.
• Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in all of your referrals being marked as ineligible and your account being suspended from the program.
